Veronica Ek is an oil painter, creating works, ranging from abstract to realism with surrealistic elements . Guided by a preference for cooler tones and subdued light, she creates scenes that are less about description and more about mood. Her paintings are meant to be felt as much as seen, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on their own emotional response.
Hello, I am Veronica I am a Christchurch based oil painter, I was born and raised in Norway, but currently residing in beautiful New Zealand! I mostly enjoy painting natural elements with moody back drops. I do fine art prints, murals and commission on request!
